Adxe provides a programmatic demand-side platform (DSP) that allows advertisers to manage, optimize, and run digital advertising campaigns. We provide the tools, but you are responsible for the creative content and the configuration of your campaigns.
User accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Keep your login credentials secure.
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at support@adxe.com.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our services professionally and legally. You must NOT:
Upload or promote content that is illegal, hateful, fraudulent, or malicious (including malware or viruses).
Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the platform or access systems you aren't authorized to access.
Resell or sublicense our services without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.
Intellectual property
Our IP: The Adxe platform, including its code, design, features, and branding, is the property of Adxe Pty Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
Your IP: You retain ownership of the ad creatives and data you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display and distribute it as needed to run your campaigns.
Payments and fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the services as described on our pricing page or in your specific agreement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
We do not guarantee specific results or return on investment (ROI) for your advertising campaigns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adxe Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. You may stop using our services at any time by contacting support.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will post the revised terms on this page. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective means you accept the new terms.
