DevOps Engineer

Adxe is a global company developing an AI-powered programmatic DSP platform deployed across three AWS regions (us-east-1, ap-southeast-1, eu-west-3). We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us scale our infrastructure and optimize our high-performance bidder systems.

What You'll Do

• Join our infrastructure team managing multi-region EKS clusters

• Manage Kubernetes node groups: bidder, aggregator, logger, aerospike, missioncontrol

• Clear bottlenecks to improve our bidder's processing capabilities (millions of QPS, <100ms latency)

• Maintain and improve Helm charts for all services

• Own CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

• Manage observability stack: Grafana, Loki, Prometheus

• Work with Terraform for infrastructure as code

• Optimize costs and improve developer experience across the platform

• Keep our tech environment secure and protected from threats

Required Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles for high-load products in production

• Proven experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and Helm

• Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code

• Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms

• Familiarity with observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Loki

• Proficiency in Python; Java knowledge a significant advantage

• Proven experience in Linux Administration

• Familiarity with ClickHouse, MongoDB, or Aerospike – advantage

• Proficiency in English

• Resourceful, creative, proactive with a strong sense of urgency
