Senior Data Scientist

Adxe is a global AI-powered programmatic advertising platform. We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our data science team and work on predictive models that evaluate millions of bid opportunities, directly impacting advertising ROI for our clients.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain ML training pipelines from raw data to deployed models

• Work with large-scale advertising datasets (bids, impressions, clicks, conversions)

• Conduct experiments around feature engineering and model optimization

• Build classification models for real-time prediction tasks

• Analyze bidding data to develop new predictive signals

• Monitor model performance and implement retraining strategies

• Research new data preprocessing methods and experiment tracking approaches

Required Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a data scientist

• Ad-tech or programmatic advertising experience is a strong advantage

• Very high proficiency in Python and SQL

• Strong experience with data manipulation libraries at scale

• Proficiency with gradient boosting frameworks

• Strong knowledge of classic ML with solid mathematical foundations

• Experience with columnar analytics databases

• Experience with cloud services

• High level of English for daily communication
