Senior Product Manager

Adxe is scaling its AI-powered DSP, and we need a Senior Product Manager to drive our product vision. You will bridge the gap between business goals and our engineering and machine learning teams to build the future of programmatic advertising.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for our DSP platform, focusing on AI-driven performance features.

• Collaborate with ML engineers to translate advertising goals into model requirements and technical specifications.

• Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business data.

• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors in the programmatic landscape.

• Work closely with the sales team to enable them with product knowledge and sales assets.

Required Experience

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in AdTech, SaaS, or Fintech.

• Strong technical understanding of programmatic advertising, OpenRTB, and real-time systems.

• Experience working with AI/ML products or data-intensive applications.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to make decisions.

• Experience working in a remote, agile environment.
